<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reagent cartridge and a nucleic acid purification kit in which liquid sticking to the outer surface of dispensing tips is properly removed with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The reagent cartridge 100 containing the liquid for separating and purifying the nucleic acid from specimen includes an oil removing part 128 which removes the oil 127A sticking to the outer surface of the cylindrical dispensing tip 201 which carries out sucking, holding and discharging the liquid.
