PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image photographing system in which power supply to various devices such as a radiation source can be secured even in the outdoor, and power consumption can be reduced, moreover, the user-friendliness in a medical institution and also in places other than the medical institution becomes good. SOLUTION: The radiation image photographing system includes: one or more first visiting cars 1000A which include a radiation source body which holds a radiation source which outputs radiation and a cassette body which holds a radiation detector which detects radiation which has permeated a subject and converts into radiographic image information when the radiation source irradiates radiation at the subject; and a power supply point 333 installed beforehand. The first visiting car 1000A has a power supply starting section which makes possible power supply to the radiation source body or power supply to the cassette body at least when the distance between the first visiting car 1000A and the power supply point 333 satisfies a certain condition.
