The method involves detecting differences between partial outputs flowing over line conductors (9-11) by using measuring devices (12) i.e. counting devices, and reducing the differences in the partial outputs by supplying different high partial outputs from a common intermediate circuit (17) to the line conductors, where the conductors comprise an inverter (5). Current flowing over the line conductors are separately detected and balanced with one another, where measuring signals of the measuring devices are supplied to a control device (14).
