A coupled torsion beam axle type suspension system is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the coupled torsion beam axle type suspension system constitutes a vehicle body fastening unit for connecting a trailing arm at both ends of a torsion beam and for mounting left and right trailing arms with a vehicle body to a tip; a spring seat and a shock absorber pin for mounting a spring to the rear inside; and a spindle bracket for mounting a carrier on the rear outside. The vehicle body fastening unit includes: a trailing arm bush disposed on the front of a trailing arm bush; a rotating link disposed in the front of the trailing arm bush to be coupled to the trailing arm bush in parallel with a vehicle width direction; a slider connected to the front end of the rotating link for sliding along a guide hole which is formed in the vehicle body; and a connecting link connecting the outer end of the rotating link to form an instantaneous rotation center point of the rotary link outside the rotating link in the width direction of a vehicle with the slider.
