The present invention relates to graphene and, more specifically, to an apparatus to manufacture graphene, a manufacturing method allowed to manufacture graphene, and the graphene manufactured by the same. An apparatus to manufacture graphene in the present invention comprises: a first chamber supplying a carbon supplying source with a first condition; a second chamber supplying a carbon suppling source with a second condition; a connection unit connecting the first chamber to the second chamber; and a supplying device continuously supplying catalyst metal via the first chamber and the second chamber.
