The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a guide reflector applied to light-concentrating solar cell modules and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a high-efficiency guide reflector applied to light-concentrating solar cell modules through electrolytic polishing of aluminum. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing a guide reflector applied to light-concentrating solar cell modules comprises: a mirror polishing step (S100) for obtaining a mirror-like surface by rubbing an aluminum test piece against a high-speed polishing machine equipped with an emery buff for buff polishing; an acidic degreasing step (S200) for performing acidic degreasing in order to remove residues on the surface of the aluminum test piece processed with mirror polishing, and to remove oxides; an alkaline solution treatment step (S300) for treating the aluminum test piece with an alkaline solution; a de-smutting step (S400) for removing smuts generated on the surface of the aluminum test piece when treated with the alkaline solution; and an anodizing step (S500) for creating an oxide film on the surface of the aluminum test piece by using a sulfuric acid method in order to increase reflectivity. In order to manufacture a guide reflector, the method increases reflectivity through vacuum deposition of aluminum after electrolytic polishing. The present invention can provide a high-efficiency guide reflector manufactured through electrolytic polishing of aluminum to light-concentrating solar cell modules, therefore can increase the efficiency of solar cell modules by using aluminum that is inexpensive and easily obtained.
|
