<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium secondary battery having good cycle property and load characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: Fig.1 is a sectional view showing an outline of a construction of a coin-type cell 20. The coin-type cell 20 comprises a cup-shaped cell case 21, a positive electrode 22 provided inside the cell case 21, a negative electrode 23 provided in a position opposed to the positive electrode 22 via a separator 24, a non-aqueous electrolyte solution 27 containing supporting salt, a gasket 25 formed from an insulating material, and a sealing plate 26 that is disposed in an opening of the cell case 21 and hermetically seals the cell case 21 through the gasket 25. The negative electrode 23 comprises a negative electrode collector and a negative electrode active material containing bismuth and silicon, in which a thickness [μm] of the electrode active material after lithium absorption, obtained by a predetermined formula is smaller than a surface roughness Rzjis [μm] of the negative electrode collector. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
