<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which is capable of installing a second paper feeding tray (for example, a manual paper feeding guide in a predetermined length to support manually fed paper) when using a cover or the like in a state of extending outward from a side surface of the apparatus as a first paper feeding tray, and when housing the first paper feeding tray along the side surface of the apparatus, the second paper feeding tray can be also housed. <P>SOLUTION: When a MP tray 9 (a second paper feeding tray) is closed, the MP tray 9 is positioned in a closer side to a body 3 than a cover tray 7 (a first paper feeding tray) in a closed state. Thereby, even when using the cover tray 7 in a state of extending outward from a side surface S1, the MP tray 9 can be installed, and when the cover tray 7 is housed along the side surface S1, the MP tray 9 can be housed in the closer side to the body 3 than the cover tray 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
