<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely record data indicating a state that a driver has highly likely ignored a traffic signal and to easily extract data with high importance concerning signal ignorance by refraining from recording useless data. <P>SOLUTION: An in-vehicle operation recording device comprises: a signal information reception unit which is installed in a vehicle and can receive information indicating a state of a traffic signal placed on a road via a wireless communication facility on a road side; a signal ignorance detection unit for identifying whether or not it is highly possible to have ignored a signal only when the signal information reception unit receives information indicating that a lighting state of a signal is red or yellow; and a record control unit for generating a trigger to start recording image data or generating event information indicating signal ignorance and recording the event information in association with the image data, when the signal ignorance detection unit detects a state with high possibility of signal ignorance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
