PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat medium converter structured to facilitate disassembling or the like of a part where each heat medium flows in maintenance or the like. SOLUTION: The heat medium converter includes a primary heat medium side assembly and a secondary heat medium side assembly. The primary heat medium side assembly includes a primary side casing part that has heat exchangers 1a, etc. for exchanging heat between a primary heat medium circulating between themselves and an outdoor unit 11, and a secondary heat medium circulating between themselves and an indoor unit 12; secondary heat medium delivery devices 2a, etc. for pressurizing and circulating the secondary heat medium; side panels 4a, etc. having hanging metal fittings 10a, etc.; frames 5c, etc.; and support plates 7c, etc. The secondary heat medium side assembly includes a secondary side casing part that has a secondary heat medium passage switching device 3 switching a plurality of passages where the secondary heat medium flows; frames 5a, etc.; support plates 7a, etc.; and inner panels 6a, etc. The secondary heat medium side assembly is arranged on the upper side of the primary heat medium side assembly.
