The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of noodle sauce using well-being fruits and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of noodle sauce using well-being fruits including ingredients to promote health such as pineapples, kiwi fruits, cucumbers and extracts of dried Katsuwonus pelamis. More specifically, the said invention relates to the manufacturing method comprising the steps of placing the extracts of dried Katsuwonus pelamis, pineapples, cucumbers, onions and kiwi fruits in the mixer, and mixing the same in the mixer; and adding sugar, salt, wasabi powder, crushed garlic and vinegar, and mixing the same. |
