PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque rod which can be manufactured at a remarkably reduced cost by reducing man-hours required for machining and assembling members constituting the torque rod and minimizing the number of members, and which can be easily connected to an engine member or the like under a simple structure, and also provide a mounting structure of the torque rod. SOLUTION: A connection member 4a is formed of one sheet metal 4 formed by bending by plastic forming. The sheet metal 4 includes a pair of arm sections 5 extending from one 2 of a pair of elastic bodies to the other 3, and a cylindrical section 6 which is continued with each of the pair of arm sections 5 on the one elastic body 2 side, and which surrounds the circumference of the one elastic body 2. The free end portion 5a of each of the pair of arm sections 5 is connected to the other elastic body 3 when the pair of arm sections 5 are displaced close to each other, and the one elastic body 2 is held on the inner side of the cylindrical section 6.
