PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus of sticking a sheet which can simply be used in the other device, and a method of sticking. SOLUTION: A sealing apparatus 11 includes a heater 15 capable of coming toward and backward from a target W by a cylinder 16, and a bracket 17 provided on the heater 15. The apparatus 10 of sticking a sheet includes: a supplying means 21 for supplying an adhesive sheet S; a holding means 22 for holding the adhesive sheet S supplied from the supplying means 21; and a connecting means 23 provided to be capable of coupling the holding means 22 with the bracket 17. The holding means 22 is coupled with the heater 15 via the connecting means 23, whereby the holding means 22 can simply be combined with the sealing apparatus 11 for use.
