PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve game interest of a game machine wherein it is difficult to distinguish an operation state of a probability variation function after a short opening winning game ends. SOLUTION: The game machine performs a lottery of whether or not to execute a winning game, sets winning probability of the lottery to high probability after a first short opening winning game end, and sets the winning probability of the lottery to the same probability as before a game start or normal probability after a second short opening winning game end. When the first short opening winning game is executed, the game machine selects a big winning port opening pattern according to a first selection condition wherein probability that an opening pattern having late initial opening start timing of a big winning port is selected is high. When the second short opening winning game is executed, the game machine selects a big winning port opening pattern according to a second selection condition wherein probability that an opening pattern having early initial opening start timing of the big winning port is selected is high.
