PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resource management system capable of enhancing certainty that a reserving user can use a reserved amount of resources from a scheduled use start time while suppressing securement of unnecessary resources. SOLUTION: Securement amount calculation means 72 calculates an amount of resources to be secured at a current time on the basis of the current time, information of a use start time included in each resource reservation information prescribed for every reservation, and information of a reserved amount of resources included in each resource reservation information; and calculates an additional securement amount to be newly additionally secured by subtracting an amount of secured resources from the amount of resources. Control means 74 causes the securement amount calculation means 72 to calculate the amount of resources to be secured at the current time and the additional securement amount for every prescribed timing, requests resource management means 73 to secure the resources of the additional securement amount, and updates the amount of secured resources on the basis of the amount of secured resources.
