1. A semiconductor device comprising a buffer circuit made of thin film transistors having a single channel, the buffer circuit comprising:
an input stage configured to receive a set pulse and a reset pulse; an output stage configured to selectively output a first level signal and a second level signal, wherein the output stage outputs the first level when the set pulse is applied to the input stage, continuously outputs the first level signal until the reset pulse is applied to the input stage, and outputs the second level signal after the reset pulse is applied to the input stage, and wherein the set pulse rises to a high level first and then the reset pulse rises to the high level.
