The present invention relates to an electrosensitive actuator in which ionic liquid is impregnated and, more particularly, to a low driving voltage-electrosensitive actuator manufactured by using a polymer nanostructure in which the ionic liquid is impregnated. The electrosensitive actuator according to the present invention includes a polymer electrolyte in which the ionic liquid including a cation of a large diameter is impregnated into a self-assembled block copolymer composed of a conductive block and a non-conductive block.
