The present invention includes a fixed pipe and an operating pipe which pumps in an upward or downward direction in the fixed pipe to implement a vacuum in an injection-molded plastic food container. A check valve is formed to react to a predetermined pressure due to a pumping operation to prevent the plastic container from shrinking when the vacuum is implemented in the injection-molded plastic food container. To keep a constant level of vacuum pressure, the present invention automatically circulates the outside air when the vacuum is implemented in the container to conduct a pumping operation by a predetermined force.
