<p>The present invention provides a metal chip manufacturing device for analyzing the elements of metal gas which can safely manufacture metal chips cut from a steel ingot sample by a drill so as to analyze carbon, hydrogen, sulfur, nitrogen, oxygen elements contained in metal using a gas analyzer. The metal chip manufacturing device for analyzing the elements of the metal gas is to manufacture the metal chips for analyzing the elements of the metal gas by drilling the steel ingot sample with the drill. The device comprises: a vise part having a movable block horizontally moved from a fixed block; an attachment part attached to the steel ingot sample by having multiple first protrusion parts coming in contact with the outer surface of the steel ingot sample on a first attachment board assembled to the fixed block by a fixing pin, and multiple second protrusion parts coming in contact with the outer surface of the steel ingot sample on a second attachment board assembled to the movable block by a fixing pin; and a collecting part arranged right under the attachment part to collect the metal chips dropped after cut and separated from the steel ingot sample.</p> |
