A vibrating toothbrush of the present invention includes a coupling member of which one side is coupled with a lower cap having a first hollow groove to form an accommodation space and the other side is coupled with a toothbrush head having an insertion groove. The coupling member includes a coupling member body; a first insertion part protruding from one side of the coupling member body and coupled to the first hollow groove in a fitting manner; and a second insertion part protruding from the other side of the coupling member body and coupled to the insertion groove in a fitting manner. An elastic member for preventing the inflow of foreign materials is formed on an outer circumferential surface of at least one of the first insertion part and the second insertion part. The elastic member is formed integrally with the outer circumferential surface of the first insertion part or the second insertion part by a double injection molding method. Since the coupling member is manufactured by a double injection molding method in which two kinds of materials are sequentially injection-molded in a mold, the manufacturing process can be simplified and thus the production cost can be reduced.
