The present invention provides a liquid crystal dispensing device which makes the size of liquid crystal, discharged from a nozzle to a substrate, be constant and guides the liquid crystal exactly to a target on the substrate. The liquid crystal dispensing device may comprise: a nozzle part which discharges the liquid crystal to the substrate and charges the liquid crystal with first charges; and a liquid crystal pulling panel which is arranged between the substrate and the nozzle part, is made of a metal material in the shape of a plate having liquid crystal holes to allow the liquid crystal to pass therethrough, and is charged with second charges and pulls the liquid crystal while making the liquid crystal, which is charged with the first charges, face the substrate. |
