The present invention relates to a light extraction substrate for an organic light emitting device, a method for manufacturing the same and an organic light emitting device including the same and, more specifically, to a light extraction substrate for an organic light emitting device, a method for manufacturing the same and an organic light emitting device including the same which can improve light extraction efficiency of the organic light emitting device. For this, the light extraction substrate for the organic light emitting device includes: a base substrate arranged on one plane from which a light emitted from the organic light emitting device is emitted to the outside; a light extraction layer formed on the base substrate; and a number of crystal particles formed inside the light extraction layer, wherein the light extraction layer is composed of a frit glass which includes ZnO, B2O3, SiO2, MgO, and Bi2O3.
