The present invention provides a new compound that has an inhibitory action against EGFR and that has cell growth inhibitory effects. The present invention further provides a pharmaceutical preparation useful for preventing and/or treating cancer, based on the EGFR inhibitory effect of the compound. A compound represented by the following Formula (I) or a salt thereof, wherein m is 1 or 2; n is 1 or 2; R1 is a hydrogen atom or a C1-C4 alkyl group; and R2, R3, and R4 are the same or different, and are each a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a C1-C4 alkyl group, or a group represented by Formula (a):
