The present invention relates to an herbal composition for improving memory and concentration, containing a mixture extract of Pachyma hoelen, Angelica gigas Nakai, Acanthopanax senticosus, Acorus gramineus, and deer antlers, and more specifically, to a herbal composition which contains, as an active ingredient, an extract obtained by extracting Pachyma hoelen, Angelica gigas Nakai, Acanthopanax senticosus, Acorus gramineus, and deer antlers with alcohol, and thus is effective in improving memory and concentration. The complex composition of Pachyma hoelen, Angelica gigas Nakai, Acanthopanax senticosus, Acorus gramineus, and deer antlers was confirmed to have an antioxidative effect and be effective in improving memory and concentration functions through Y-maze test results, and thus can be useful as a composition which is effective in enhancing learning ability and memory ability of adolescents and preventing senescent forgetfulness or dementia.
