An embodiment of the present invention provides a roundness correcting device improved to be capable of precisely correcting and maintaining roundness, being used for tower segments having various diameters, and being recycled as the device is easily installed in a tower segment and has its length able to be changed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the roundness correcting device is installed in a circular tower segment to correct roundness while supporting an inner surface of the tower segment and includes a coarse length adjusting part including a first support part placed in the tower segment and a second support part provided to slide from the first support part to an inner surface of the tower segment to be adjusted in length through a length adjusting unit; and a fine length adjusting part placed at an end of the coarse length adjusting part to adjust a fine length to be attached to the inner surface of the tower segment.
