<p>The present invention relates to a weather condition information extraction system which uses a CCTV image and, more specifically, to a weather condition information extraction system which includes: a CCTV module which photographs an image; and an information extraction module which receives the photographed image from the CCTV module and extracts current weather condition information from the received image in real time. The weather condition information extraction system using a CCTV image, proposed in the present invention, obtains weather condition information in real time by using an already constructed CCTV system infrastructure without weather equipment by analyzing an image which is photographed in the CCTV module and extracting the weather condition information in real time. The present invention extracts weather condition information corrected by weather data collected in a sensor module by attaching the sensor module to the CCTV module, thereby being able to improve the accuracy of the extracted weather condition information by using a CCTV image.</p> |
