The present invention relates to a plasticizing device for mass producing recycled rubber using far-infrared radiant heat, wherein waste rubber powder pulverized from rubber components of waste tires or vehicle interior or exterior materials is added in a multi-stage screw conveyor in order to be treated under pre-heating, multi-stage heating, and cooling steps, so that the cross-linking structure of waste rubber is released in a short time and the properties of raw rubber are recovered. Accordingly, a large quantity of recycled rubber can be produced. In the present invention, the characteristics in which the cross-linking properties of rubber is released when a thermal change is applied to a rubber material are used, and during pre-heating and multi-stage heating in each step, physical shock from a rotary force obtained by rotating gearing screws which are respectively formed on a pair of drive shafts, first far-infrared ray radiant heat emitted to a thermal line of a chamber, and second radiant heat emitted from a heat transferring medium filled in a screw are continuously cross-linked in waste rubber, so that recycled rubber can be mass produced. A cross-linking structure formed when rubber is molded is reversely released, so that the rubber properties of raw rubber before being molded are recovered and waste rubber can be recycled.
|
