A heterocyclic compound comprising a compound represented by Formula 1 or Formula 2 below: wherein: each of X1 and X2 is independently selected from the group consisting of substituted and unsubstituted C6-C60 aryl groups, and substituted and unsubstituted C3-C60 heteroaryl groups,each of R3-R5, R7-R10, R13-R15, and R17-R20 is independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen atoms, heavy hydrogen atoms, substituted and unsubstituted C1-C50 alkyl groups, substituted and unsubstituted C3-C50 cycloalkyl groups, substituted and unsubstituted C1-C50 alkoxy groups, substituted and unsubstituted C6-C50 aryloxy groups, substituted and unsubstituted C6-C50 arylthio groups, substituted and unsubstituted C6-C60 aryl groups, amino groups substituted with at least one C6-C60 aryl group, substituted and unsubstituted C3-C60 heteroaryl groups, substituted and unsubstituted C6-C60 condensed polycyclic groups, halogen atoms, nitro groups, cyano groups, hydroxyl groups, and carboxyl groups, each of R1, R2, R11 and R12 is independently a methyl group or a phenyl group, and each of R6 and R16 is independently selected from the group consisting of substituted and unsubstituted C6-C60 aryl groups, amino groups substituted with at least one C6-C60 aryl group, and substituted and unsubstituted C3-C60 heteroaryl groups, wherein two or more neighboring substituents selected from R3-R5, R7-R10, R13-R15, and R17-R20 may optionally combine to form an aromatic ring.
