<p>An organic electroluminescent device according to an embodiment includes a positive electrode and a negative electrode which are spaced apart from each other, a red and green light emitting layer, a blue light emitting layer, and a spacer layer having a thickness ranging from 3 nm to 20 nm. The light emitting layers are spaced apart from each other between the electrodes. The spacer layer is disposed between the light emitting layers and includes a carrier transport material. The carrier transport material includes molecules that can be oriented in an in-plane vertical direction, and has an orientation order parameter ranging from -0.5 to -0.2.</p> |
