<p>The present invention is an apparatus for checking a location of a vehicle key. The apparatus of the present invention includes: a calling unit which is prepared in a vehicle, and sends a call signal calling a vehicle key; a response unit which is prepared in the vehicle key, and sends a first response signal having intensity weaker than intensity of the call signal and a second response signal having intensity stronger than the intensity of the call signal to the vehicle, after the call signal is received; and a checking unit which is prepared in the vehicle, and checks a location of the vehicle key differently according as the first response signal and the second response signal are received. By the apparatus for checking the location of the vehicle key according to the present invention, it is possible to check the location of the vehicle key around the vehicle more precisely, by checking the location of the vehicle key by making the intensity of the response signal corresponding to the call signal calling the vehicle key different.</p> |
