<p>The present invention relates to cheese dumplings allowed to maximize the original taste of cheese by making cheese solid matter, and a manufacturing method thereof. The cheese dumplings and the manufacturing method thereof includes: a stuffing for the dumplings made by mixing solid matters such as cheese, vegetables, and seasoning sauces with extra ingredients and an outer cover including wheat flour to surround the stuffing; keeping the particle-shaped cheese in the stuffings for the dumplings such that the texture of the cheese is kept alive; and the cheese and the extra ingredients in harmony to increase the taste, and enable the children and adults to feel aesthetic.</p> |
