<p>The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an inner-fur-skin-attached boot. A method of manufacturing an inner-fur-skin-attached boot according to the present invention includes: a step of forming a recess part having a predetermined uniform depth in a predetermined region of a body part of a boot tree through a process; a step of attaching a buffer material to the recess part, wherein the buffer material has predetermined elastic force, heat resistance, pressure resistance, and a thickness corresponding to the depth of the recess part; a step of attaching the boot tree to which the buffer material is attached, to a boot tree attaching region of an injection molding device; a step of covering the attached boot tree with an inner fur skin such that a fur part contacts the buffer material; a step of closing the injection molding device and injecting a molten resin to manufacture an injection molded boot material, wherein an injection molded outsole material formed of a resin and an injection molded outer skin material formed of a resin are adhered to the bottom and side surface of the inner fur skin; and a step of separating the injection molded boot material from the boot tree and then completing the inner-fur-skin-attached boot through a subsequent process.</p> |
