The present invention relates to a processing machine for a side surface of a welding base material and especially to a technology of a new concept for removing error by processing only the side surface of the last welding base material in cases where the total width of the integrated welding base material is increased by error when continuously welding multiple welding base materials (such as a large plate). The present invention has characteristics of enabling a cutter shaft installed inside a body head to be horizontally rotated to penetrate a side guide plate and cut the side surface of the welding base material while a pair of an upper surface guide plate and side surface guide plate installed on the lower part of the body head are simultaneously contacted with the upper surface and the side surface of the welding base material, and moreover enabling an auxiliary guide to penetrate the side guide plate and guide the cut surface of the welding base material in a contacted state when rotating an auxiliary guide position adjusting tool which sets and cancels position fixation by a one-touch operation.
