The present invention relates to a biomarker composition comprising apolipoprotein M for diagnosing Alzheimer′s disease, a composition for diagnosing Alzheimer′s disease which contains a medicine that measures protein expression level of apolipoprotein M or mRNA expression level of gene coding apolipoprotein M, a kit comprising the composition for diagnosing Alzheimer′s disease, and a method for providing information to diagnose Alzheimer′s disease by using the composition. The apolipoprotein M of the present invention meaningfully decreases expression in patients of Alzheimer′s disease compared to normal people, thereby being used for precisely and quickly diagnosing the Alzheimer′s disease.
