<p>The present invention relates to puer tea, a preparation method thereof, and puer red tea including the same. The present invention relates to puer tea, which is manufactured by a step of fermenting base tea materials for 34-36 days by spraying 10-20% of water based on the weight of the base tea materials at 40-50°C once every 6-7 days, and a step of sterilizing the fermented base tea with steam of 110-130°C for 20 seconds to one minute, and drying until the water content in the tea leaves becomes 12-14%; a manufacturing method thereof, and puer red tea including the same. The manufacturing method of puer tea according to the present invention is a very simple process, and can manufacture puer tea within a remarkably short fermentation period compared to the conventional method. Further, puer tea according to the present invention contains gallic acid (trituration), which has excellent biological activities such as anti-oxidation, anti-bacteria, anti-inflammation, anti-tumor and anti-mutation, and the lovastatin component, which has an effect of reducing blood lipids, in a large amount so as to be able to be usefully utilized in the health beverage industry.</p> |
