The fourth lens element has negative refractive power. The fifth lens element with positive refractive power has a convex object-side surface and a concave image-side surface. The sixth lens element with positive refractive power has a convex object-side surface and a concave image-side surface, wherein the image-side surface thereof changes from concave at a paraxial region to convex at a peripheral region. The fifth and sixth lens elements are made of plastic, and the surfaces thereof are aspheric.

An image lens assembly comprising, in order from an object side to an image side: a first lens element with positive refractive power having a convex object-side surface; a second lens element with refractive power; a third lens element with positive refractive power; a fourth lens element with negative refractive power; a fifth lens element with positive refractive power made of plastic material, and having a convex object-side surface and a concave image-side surface, wherein the object-side surface and the image-side surface of the fifth lens element are aspheric; and a sixth lens element with positive refractive power made of plastic material, and having a convex object-side surface and a concave image-side surface, wherein the image-side surface of the sixth lens element changes from concave at a paraxial region to convex at a peripheral region, and the object-side surface and the image-side surface of the sixth lens element are aspheric; wherein a focal length of the image lens assembly is f, a focal length of the fifth lens element is f5, a focal length of the sixth lens element is f6, and the following relationships are satisfied: 0<f/f6<0.9; and0.4<(f/f)(f/f6)<1.9.
