A power source for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention supports power required for starting the vehicle and power required for electronic devices provided in the vehicle. The power source comprises: a secondary battery pack which has an operating voltage range of 9 V to 19 V, a maximum operation voltage range of 16 V to 19 V, and an average voltage of 12 V or more; and an alternator which produces charging power with respect to the secondary battery pack according to an engine driving of the vehicle.
