The present invention relates to an ITO particle, and especially, to a solution type ITO including an inorganic ligand containing iodine, and to a preparing method thereof. The solution type ITO including an inorganic ligand of the present invention comprises: an ITO particle; and an inorganic ligand which encloses the ITO particle and contains iodine. The solution type ITO of the present invention has improved conductivity and reduced distance between ITO particles by including the inorganic ligand.
