According to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus to germinate brown rice comprises: a brown rice wicker tray whose porosity is smaller than the seed of a brown rice when stacked, thus not allowing the brown rice seed to fall out; a water tank case which receives water injected from an inlet formed on an upper side space to store water which consists of outer walls and one bottom floor; an electrode unit horizontally separated and fixated for the bottom floor of the water tank case and has a first and a second electrode which face each other; and a case to drive a circuit unit including the driving circuit unit which drives the electrode unit. There is a space for ion water and bubbles generated from the electrode unit between the bottom floor in the water tank case and the lower wicker tray to move. The driving circuit unit drives the electrode unit to control the temperature of ion water using discharge heating generated by driving the electrode unit. |
