<p>The present invention relates to gingko nut paste containing, as an active ingredient, gingko nuts of which inner skins and outer skins are separated by steaming, and to a method for preparing the same. The gingko nut paste according to the present invention can be applied more easily when cooking various food, and retain unique efficacy of the gingko nuts for a long time without destroying nutrients of the gingko nuts, and thus is functional food capable of improving health. The gingko nut paste can be applied to general food; diets for health, such as herbal medicines, drugs, cosmetics, diets for patients, babies, and youth health supplement; and various food, such as cookies, bread, latte drinks, other dairy products, noodle products, salad, and toppings, and thus significantly contributing to the higher value-added business.</p> |
