摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a method for producing a red fluorescent thin film by using a chemical solution method and an electrostatic spraying pyrolytic coating method and, more particularly, to a method for producing a red fluorescent thin film by using a chemical solution method and an electrostatic spraying pyrolytic coating method in which the chemical solution method, in which soluble inorganic salt that is stable in air is used as a starting material, and the electrostatic spraying pyrolytic coating method are used so that the fluorescent thin film can be produced and used as various display devices such as a display device showing red light emission having a wavelength band of 626 mm with excitation light having a wavelength band of 314 mm. The method for producing a red fluorescent thin film by using a chemical solution method and an electrostatic spraying pyrolytic coating method according to the present invention includes a coating solution producing step in which a coating solution is produced by dissolving the soluble inorganic salt in a solvent by using the chemical solution method; and a coating step in which the coated fluorescent thin film is produced by spraying the coating solution which is produced through the coating solution producing step onto a washed coating substrate by using the electrostatic spraying pyrolytic coating method, in which the coating solution producing step for producing the coating solution is performed such that calcium (Ca) and tin (Sn) are used in the form of soluble salt and produced into a liquid and then praseodymium (Pr) is doped in the form of soluble salt in using the chemical solution method described above.</p>
