Insole with a reticular structure, comprising a body (2), formed by an upper surface (3) and a lower surface (3'), which are joined by an inner core (4) made up of cells (5) forming cavities defined by partitions or bars that extend from said outer envelope (3) into the body (2), allowing air to circulate. The inner core (4) has one or more zones (4') in which the cells (5) have a variable geometry, orientation, inclination, arrangement, thickness and/or density that is different to the rest, to give the body (2) greater or lesser elasticity at certain points. The body (2) may be made up of several parts joined together, and optionally includes one or more additional layers (6), made of the same or a different material, attached to the top and/or bottom thereof. The insole may form a single piece with the actual sole of the shoe. |
