Disclosed is an oral device. The oral device, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises a body having a shape corresponding to the set of teeth; an upper groove formed in the upper body for teeth included in the set of teeth of the upper jaw to be inserted; a lower groove formed in the lower body for the lower jaw to move forward at a fixed distance by inserting the teeth included in the set of teeth of the lower jaw; and a guide unit which is extended toward at least one up or down direction from the body and at a fixed distance and enables the teeth of upper jaw or lower jaw to be inserted in the upper groove or lower groove. The lower groove or upper groove is separately installed in the teeth of lower jaw or upper jaw so that the lower jaw can move and the guide unit can be extended inside of the body to cover some gums of back teeth in the teeth.
