摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an experimental collection method of a calibration curve when estimating concrete rigidity which uses a UCI (Ultrasonic Contact Impedance) method which estimates the rigidity of a material to be measured from a resonance frequency before and after the contact of a measurement sensor, can measure a state after concrete is cured which has been thought impossible because an elastic modulus cannot be grasped at sufficient accuracy in advance, and can experimentally collect the calibration curve efficiently, logically and rationally when experimentally collecting the calibration curve.SOLUTION: (1) A test piece is formed of concrete which is the same in preparation with that of concrete to be measured, (2) a rigidity test is performed which performs two times of measurements for estimating an elastic modulus by a UCI method and estimating compression rigidity in specified material ages (two or more), (3) a compression test is performed by using the test piece which is finished in the rigidity test by the UCI method, warpage is also measured when performing the compression test, and the elastic modulus is grasped, and (4) results of (2) and (3) are combined, and the calibration curve is obtained.
