The present invention relates to a pillow having a pillow body, which supports a head of a user and bears load of the head. A portion of the pillow main body contacting the head of the user is made of an elastic material. A protrusion contacting surface is formed in a lower part of a portion of the pillow main body, which contacts a neck of the user. The pillow includes: a protrusion driving gear housing installed in the pillow main body; protrusion driving gear auxiliary support parts which are independently installed on an upper axial groove and a lower axial groove; a protrusion driving gear installed in the protrusion driving gear housing; a driving part which transmits rotational force of a driving motor to the protrusion driving gear; and a neck massage part having massage protrusions installed thereon. Therefore, noise generated by the pillow can be reduced. |
