<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an optical sheet for wavelength conversion and an optical sheet manufactured thereby. The optical sheet for wavelength conversion comprises a light diffusion layer, a polyethylene terephthalate film layer, and a light-excited layer. The method comprises a step of mixing a fluorescent substance, a transparent resin, a dispersant, and a solvent and conducting ultrasonic dispersion; a step of charging with electricity by carrying the mixed substance through an electric filed; and a step of forming the light-excited layer by coating and drying one surface of the polyethylene terephthalate film. The present invention can improve dispersibility and increase brightness so as to reduce the usage amount of expensive fluorescent substances for showing the same brightness and can save costs and provide the optical sheet with improved brightness uniformity and color uniformity.</p> |
