PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress consumption of a battery while performing an appropriate operation, when an ultrasonic diagnostic system is disconnected from an AC power supply and the system is switched to be connected to the battery.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic system has an ultrasonic probe 01 made connectable to any of an AC power supply and a battery unit 11 that is a rechargeable power supply, and includes: a transmission control unit 03 that controls generation of a transmitting electric signal for use in transmitting ultrasonic waves from the ultrasonic probe 01 to a subject; an ultrasonic wave receiving unit 04 that acquires a receiving signal based on reflected ultrasonic waves received by the ultrasonic probe 01; an AC adaptor connection detection unit 13 that detects whether electric connection to the AC power supply is made; and a display unit 10. When the AC adaptor connection detection unit 13 detects that the AC power supply is disconnected, power feed is switched to power feed from the battery unit 11, and an operating screen image for use in controlling a power feed quantity in the ultrasonic diagnostic system is displayed on the display unit 10. |
