PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for sterilizing a plastic material container, especially similarly sterilizing the outside surface of a plastic material preform in addition to the inside surface.SOLUTION: An apparatus (1) to sterilize a plastic material container (10), especially a plastic material preform (10) comprises: a transportation device (2) to transport the plastic material container (10) along a predetermined transportation route; and at least one stressing device to act the outside surface of the plastic material container sterilized by using a fluid medium. The stressing device is arranged so as to act in the predetermined region of the plastic material container (10) positioning under the opening of the plastic material preform using a sterilizing medium. |
