<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet manufacturing method which dispenses with exchange of all pestles when tablet failure occurs in a tableting machine equipped with a plurality of pestles.SOLUTION: In the tablet manufacturing method, a turning disc 17 of a rotary type tableting machine 13 pierced circumferentially with a plurality of mortars 15 is rotated on the center of the circle as the axis of rotation 19 to make a pestle holding disc (upper pestle holding disc 31, lower pestle holding disc 33), arranged in parallel with the turning disc 17 and equipped with a plurality of pestles (upper pestles 23, lower pestles 25) so as to be movable in a direction along the axis of rotation 19 corresponding to a mortar 15, rotate synchronously with the turning disc 17, so that a molding part 37 of a pestle is inserted at a predetermined position into the mortar 15 supplied with powder to mold a tablet by the inner peripheral shape of the mortar 15 and the shape of the molding part 37, and a length of insert only of the pestle into the mortar 15 corresponding to a specified mortar 15 is adjusted when tablet failure occurs in a tablet molded by the specified mortar 15 to continuously use other mortars of the turning disc 17.</p> |
