The present invention relates to a brick spacer integrated with an insulation, in which a spacer plate is interposed between bricks to easily position and stack the bricks, and a method of constructing a masonry wall using the same. An insulation integrated brick spacer according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an insulation formed by a wall body having a given thickness and provided with a plurality of through-holes penetrating in a thick direction and arranged at regular intervals; and a plurality of spacer plates positioned in parallel with each other in a vertical direction at an interval corresponding to the height of the brick, with the spacer plate crossing the through-holes of the insulation in a horizontal direction. The bricks are inserted between the spacer plates to form the masonry wall, and simultaneously form an external insulation of the building.
